Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Who processes payments

Payments for The Premis™ Brief Pro are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. All billing, invoicing, tax collection, and payment disputes are handled by Lemon Squeezy. When you purchase a Pro subscription, your contract for payment is with Lemon Squeezy, not with The Premis™ Brief directly.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

Refunds are self-serve: go to Account → Manage subscription inside the app and select "Request a refund." Lemon Squeezy will process the refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You can also email hello@premisbrief.com if you need help — we will action your request within 2 business days.

3. After 14 days

Refunds are not available after the 14-day window has passed, except where required by applicable law. If you cancel after 14 days, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. You will not be charged again, but no partial refund is issued for the unused portion of the period.

4. Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the 14-day window from the date of purchase. After 14 days, annual plans follow the same policy as monthly plans — no partial refunds, but cancellation stops all future charges.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time — no forms or emails required. Go to Account → Manage subscription inside the app and select "Cancel plan." Your access continues until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again after that.

6. Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. If you are located in the EU or UK, you retain any additional rights provided under local legislation, including the right to withdraw from a digital services contract within 14 days of purchase.
