The Premis™ BriefEarly access

Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026

1. Nature of the service

The Premis™ Brief is an AI-powered consulting instrument. It structures problem diagnosis, develops strategic options with a committed recommendation, and produces a 90-day execution plan. It is not a substitute for professional consulting, legal, financial, or strategic advice. All outputs — diagnostic, strategic, and operational — should be treated as structured positions to pressure-test and adapt, not instructions to act on without independent judgment.

2. Information you submit

The Premis™ Brief works on the structure of a problem, not its identifying particulars, so you rarely need to include sensitive specifics. Be aware of how each input is handled: the text you type in the problem field is retained in part (a truncated excerpt) for quality review and product improvement; documents you attach are used only to generate that single run and are not stored. In every case, everything you submit — typed text and attachments alike — is transmitted to and processed by the Anthropic API and is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.

Do not submit any information you are contractually or legally prohibited from sharing with a third-party service provider. This includes trade secrets, client or other third-party confidential information, personal health information, payment-card or government-identifier data, and anything subject to a confidentiality agreement or regulatory restriction. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any information you provide, and for using document attachments rather than the free-text field when the analysis requires figures specific to your organization.

3. No warranty

The Premis™ Brief is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Outputs are AI-generated and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation. You are solely responsible for how you use or act on any output.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Abhishek GR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of The Premis™ Brief or reliance on its outputs.

5. Intended use

The Premis™ Brief is intended for exploratory and analytical purposes by business leaders, strategy teams, and consultants working through complex business problems. It is not intended as a substitute for professional judgment in making material business, legal, financial, or operational decisions. Outputs should be reviewed and validated against organizational context before being acted upon.

6. Access
